SOLD FREEHOLD, £115k, £550, 5.7%

Another clipper home here, small but well presented. Again on the Watermeadow Drive estate, NN3. When these things come up they are nearly always snapped up by investors without delay (see the history section of this blog) as they are literally the cheapest FREEHOLD opportunities in town. They are popular with tenants too - this one looks to be in quite good shape, so we'd expect to get £550 for it as we have done with other similar ones in the last few months.
