Most of
us will be priced out of this one, but for anyone who has £500,000 cash to
invest I’m about to get an opportunity to take on a block of converted
apartments that will deliver a return on investment of about 10% AFTER costs.
Equally, as it’s bricks and mortar you’re investing in there’s every chance the
asset value will increase over time too. Clearly there’s a little more to this
than a standard purchase so I’m happy to meet and go through the figures with
anyone who’s interested. It’s half a million cash you need though – no less.
